The information that you provide is collected by our parent company, RITA RESTAURANT CORP.. Hops is a wholly owned subsidiary of RITA RESTAURANT CORP.. The customer-focused initiatives of RITA RESTAURANT CORP. are designed to deliver a broad range of personalized products and services to our customers. Our brands include Hop's Restaurants, andDon Pablo's.

RITA RESTAURANT CORP. will hold ownership of any information you provide us. We will not sell ownership of this data to any other company or organization.

4. How Hops Uses Information

We use the information that we collect to understand your preferences and history. With this information we can tailor our services and special offerings to provide superior levels of convenience and service on a one-to-one basis. We also use the collected information to improve the design of our Web pages.
